New issue of the journal “Jakingarriak” published
Issue 78, coordinated by KoLaborategia, focuses on digitalization.
As at the beginning of every year, the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences has published a new issue of the journal Jakingarriak. On this occasion, under the coordination of KoLaborategia and under the title The Digital Transformation in Education, the journal addresses the topic of digitalization.
The objective of this new issue of Jakingarriak is “to share experiences and knowledge about digitalization” and to promote “the idea of a healthy and sustainable digitalization that focuses on people.” Taking as a point of departure the idea that digitalization is a term that is often used, but sometimes without knowing exactly to what we are referring, Jakingarriak has tried to analyze “what digitalization is and is not,” always with reference to the field of education.
In this 78th issue of the publication, different topics are addressed, such as learning analytics, communication channels, the e-portfolio, and Wikipedia and digital culture, as well as pilot experiences and different projects carried out at different educational stages.
In addition to articles by experts in the Faculty, the journal includes interviews, reports, and reflections.
