The culture of innovation is an increasingly important concept within organizations. Some sectors like Oil & Gas are behind others in the internalization of this type of entrepreneurial culture.

The research has been developed on the analysis of the design and implementation of an intrapreneurship program and its influence on the innovation culture of a corporation. For its analysis and evaluation, the case study has been used, enhancing the consultation of multiple sources of evidence and taking advantage of the researcher's direct experience as a facilitator and coordinator within the Program. Triangulation has been performed in the interpretation of results by combining quantitative analysis (comparison of means, multiple regression analysis and cluster analysis) and qualitative analysis (questionnaires, interviews and focus groups).

The results indicate important evidences favorable to the Program and its effects on the culture of innovation within the company, since the Innovation Culture Index is higher in the group that has received training in the discipline of innovation compared to the group without specific training. In addition, these results are strongly aligned with the company's objectives and with the general learning objectives of the Program studied. The group that maximizes its effects by improving the Innovation Culture Index within the Program is one that has a Master's or Postgraduate level of studies and, in addition, does not have previous work experience in other companies.
