The class is framed within the 7th module of the actual Master's in Manufacturing Plastics and Composites offered by Mondragon University in collaboration with Goierri-Eskola, IK4-Lortek and with support from the Guipuzcoa Provincial Government.

During this first edition of the Master's, all participants follow a dual educational itinerary complementing the two days of classroom sessions at the university with 4 hours of daily work at the company.

The knowledge acquired during this Master's degree covers the field of metals and that of plastics and composites, since these are both experiencing an upward trend in the industrial sector. Other matters are also approached, such as design optimisation, customer empowerment and new business models for distributed manufacturing.
