Mondragon Unibertsitatea is the most internationally oriented university according to the CyD ranking, where it ranks first in Spain in student mobility and third in internships abroad.

In the area of research and transfer it also ranks first in Spin-offs created and in the area of contribution to regional development, it continues to occupy first place at the national level in research funds from companies in the Basque Country. It also ranks third in publications with companies from the region at the national level.

The CYD ranking also shows that Mondragon Unibertsitatea continues to occupy outstanding positions in the field of teaching and learning, being in the top 15 of the state's universities due to the good results obtained in its graduation and performance rates.

The CYD Ranking, which measures the performance of universities according to different dimensions such as teaching and learning, research, knowledge transfer, internationalization and contribution to regional development, has now published the results of its twelfth edition. In addition, the ranking performs an analysis by fields of knowledge and helps students and universities in their decision making.

In this twelfth edition, the CYD Ranking has presented the results of 82 universities, 30 fields of knowledge and 3,454 degrees. The participating universities represent 93% of the 88 universities that offer degree courses included in the Register of Universities, Centers and Degrees (RUCT). Of these, 48 are public (representing 100% representativeness) and 34 are private (85% of the total).
