We already have the winning photograph of this edition of the contest
Last week espired the deadline to present the works of this 23th edition of the photography contest organized by the Sports Service. In total, 40 photographs have been submitted, with 17 people participating in the contest whose theme is "Physical activity and emotions" Here you have the album with all the works presented.
Our colleagues from the Aretxabaleta campus have helped us in the resolution of the contest and the winner was the photo "Abiadura bihotzean" (speed in the heart) by Ange Arlanzon Manchado, in which a runner reaching the finish line.
Here you have the technical justification of the jury:
- The winning photo makes an excellent interpretation of the theme "sport and emotions". With the technique of long exposure, the photo captures the dynamism of the runner and the energy of the moment, transmitting with it his effort, speed, adrenaline and strength. At the same time, photography, also suggesting the emotion of the public, manages to capture the essence of the moment and create an immediate connection with the viewer.
