To enter the world of the Cultural and Creative Industries, you will need to master various aspects of a sector that is becoming a key driver of the cultural, symbolic, social and economic development of the community, at both the local and global levels. In this degree program, you will acquire the skills you need to work in any of the areas of this industry. You will be trained to work in fields like mediation, visual arts, fashion and design, or music and stage, while you also receive training in cultural management, the design of experiences and content, and the dynamization and articulation of creative processes.
You will acquire both professional and personal competencies by working in a very practical way, with a methodology based on projects and on overcoming challenges. This will allow you to become familiar first-hand with the professional setting. For this purpose, you will work in a team, make presentations, carry out real projects, and complete internships in companies and organizations in the network of Cultural and Creative Industries.
Our objective is to train professionals who have personal characteristics such as commitment, cooperation and entrepreneurship to be Basque, critical, creative, flexible, transformers of society, and inspired to be involved in lifelong learning.
Thus, over the four years of your degree program, you will develop the following competencies:
Organizational and communication skills
You will work in a practical way to develop the organizational, management and communication skills you need for all types of cultural projects.
Ability to synthesize
You will learn to search for, select, prioritize and analyze information from different sources to construct creative projects and experiences that connect with your audience.
New technologies
You will use the tools provided by new technologies to create, manage and communicate cultural projects.
Critical thinking
You will develop the ability to research, analyze, interpret and evaluate different facts and ideas.
Teamwork
You will acquire the skills you need to coordinate with your teammates and achieve the agreed-upon objectives.
Learning capacity
You will develop an understanding of the importance of continuing education, which will allow you to keep up to date with respect to tools and trends in the Cultural and Creative Industries.
Strategic vision
You will be trained to plan, develop, manage and facilitate cultural and creative projects.
Creativity
You will learn to see things from different points of view in order to resolve the challenges of society and create cultural proposals in a different and more creative way.
