We share on our website a post created on the occasion of the International Day of Women in Science by the equality team of the Engineering Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea.

This post that we now share publicly, was distributed among students and workers of the engineering faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea on the occasion of the International Day of Women in Science last February 11.

The post is based on an article in the newspaper El País, “Comienza el curso: tú a Tecnología, yo a Humanidades” (The course begins: you to Technology, me to Humanities) and offers us the main ideas of the article combined with local data to see its applicability in our environment.

The reality shows once again the existing gender bias in terms of training.
