On March 10, the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences of Mondragon University will hold a conference aimed at school counselors. The purpose of the conference is to reflect on the role and future of the humanities in high school and at the university, in order to improve student orientation. The meeting will take place in Room 2.2.2 at Bilbao AS Fabrik, in Zorrozaurre.

The event will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will last for an hour and a half. Interested parties can register using the following questionnaire:

The conference, entitled Humanities student orientation and future employment, aims to reflect on the future of the humanities and their presence at the university and in high school. For this purpose, and with the aim of integrating a vision of the future in the conference, the new jobs that are being created will be addressed, as will the leadership that humanities students can show in those jobs. The present situation of high school education from the point of view of humanities and the social sciences will also be discussed.
