Practical training following the life-cycle process of a company: Creation, Strategic Management, Key Resource Management, Operations Management and Business Transformation Levers.
There is a multi-disciplinary team project done over the course of the entire programme that responds to a designed business challenge: The business plan, the Plan for implementing and Operational Deployment of the Strategy and the Competitive Transformation Plan.
The teaching staff is made up of educators and professional experts who bring real business issues into the classroom.
