The first Ranking of Master's and Postgraduate Degrees in Cybersecurity in Spain was recently published, a study conducted by Escudo Digital, a media outlet specializing in security and defense. The study evaluated more than 60 academic programs nationwide, applying 26 criteria including length of study, number of places, admission criteria, value for money, number of internships, collaboration with companies, student/faculty ratio, employability rate, and student satisfaction, among others.

In the overall ranking, Mondragon Unibertsitatea's master's degree is ranked 14th. However, by focusing solely on the online format, the program climbs to seventh place, consolidating its position as one of the most competitive distance learning programs in cybersecurity in the country.

Notable Features of the Mondragon Master's Degree

The master's degree is aimed at both active professionals and recent graduates. Those who are not currently working have the opportunity to undertake paid internships during the course.

The training is delivered entirely online and divided into two phases. Between October and March, students participate in a weekly two-hour synchronous session, complemented by 10 to 15 hours of independent work per week (content, case studies, etc.). From April to June, students dedicate themselves exclusively to their Master's Final Project and propose solutions to a real business problem.

Mondragon Unibertsitatea's faculty is highly qualified, combining teaching with the development of research and transfer projects for companies and in-company training for professionals. The team is complemented by external collaborators from renowned companies and organizations nationwide.
