The event brought together 65 representatives from 47 universities around the world to reflect on the role of technology in training the next generation of professionals
The third edition of the 3DEXPERIENCE EDU Summit, an international event organized at Dassault Systems headquarters, took place on July 1 and 2.
The meeting offered a space for dialogue, learning, and collaboration between academia and industry, focusing on how the 3DEXPERIENCE platform can transform teaching in engineering, design, and innovation. Representing Mondragon Unibersitatea, Ireneo Torca and Jon Aurrekotxea participated in:
- Conferences on the impact of artificial intelligence on industry and education
- Technical sessions with experts in tools such as CATIA and SIMULIA
- Practical workshops focused on applied educational experiences
- Presentations shared by educators from around the world on projects, challenges, and best practices in the classroom
The 3DEXPERIENCE EDU Summit was an opportunity to continue learning about the opportunities that Dassault platforms offer in learning processes. The meeting also allowed for closer ties with other organizations and the exploration of new avenues for collaboration.
Seal of Excellence in Education
In April 2025, the global software leader, Dassault Systems, awarded Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa the first Seal of Excellence in Education in Spain. The seal recognizes the organization's ability to combine knowledge and know-how in digital skills relevant to the industry.
