Mondragon Unibertsitatea and ADEGI are launching the second edition of the senior program in People, Culture and Talent for the Future of Work, in collaboration with Adegi. The aim of this expert course is to prepare professionals in human resources, taking into account the changing trends that are occurring in the world of work and how they affect people management.
It is in this changing context where the people management function in organizations is becoming a key lever for the competitiveness of companies, so it requires competencies to meet the new challenges. In fact, experts in human resources are aware that trends in the world of work are having an impact on the management of people in organizations. The program will take place in Donostia, from January 26, 2023 to June 29, 2023, in a blended format, with biweekly classes that will take place on Thursday afternoons and will be combined with online sessions of personalized mentoring and collaborative learning.
The objective of this course is twofold. On the one hand, to accompany the development and learning of professionals in the field of Human Resources and People Management so that they acquire the skills that will help them to design people management strategies aimed at transforming the culture of their organizations, improving relationships between people, taking into account the new trends of the future of work.
In addition, the course will train participants to understand the impact of new trends in the future of work on people, competitiveness, development and sustainability of organizations. The program will also train in the design and management of strategic projects in the field of people management in organizations to help them in the transformation of both business and organization, culture and talent.
