On March 4, at Bilbao AS Fabrik, Txelu Balboa of the Colaborabora Cooperative will coordinate a laboratory about the facilitation of group processes. The session will begin at 5:00 p.m. and last two hours. This activity is part of the Open Facilitation Laboratory launched in the context of the Master’s Degree program in Learning Facilitation and Innovation (Lit). Through this initiative we aim to create an environment of exploration, based on the principle of connected learning, a safe place that allows us to share, experiment and initiate the creation of an ecosystem of collaborative practices around this profession.

  • Registration (limited space): sign up for the laboratory on the facilitation of group processes: group purpose.

Want to learn new tools to help a group create a shared purpose? Are you working on a group process and wondering why you’re doing what you’re doing?

If the answer to either of these questions is yes or you are simply curious to expand your vision about collaborative work and the processes it entails, this open laboratory is for you.

You can also experiment with some of the tools that have been designed so that groups can work in a high-level framework that provides meaning and guidance when thinking about both strategy and actions.

Txelu Balboa, member of the Colaborabora cooperative, will share with the attendees a framework on how to build and activate a group purpose, based on his own experience in the facilitation of processes.
