The new course on Artificial Intelligence strategy is organized by SPRI Enpresa Digitala, in collaboration with the BAIC and Mondragon University. The program aims to train people in Basque companies to design and lead AI projects and become more competitive.

Those who take the course will be able to:

• Identify the innovation opportunities that AI offers, aligned with your business objectives.
• Draw a roadmap for how and where to begin effectively applying AI in the management of your projects and teams.
• Optimize your company's key processes with AI solutions that generate measurable results in the short term and a rapid return on investment.
• Anticipate the risks associated with these technologies for safe and responsible integration.
• Master the practical tools to implement these solutions, without needing programming skills.

6 modules

The program consists of 6 modules:

1. Fundamentals for AI project leaders
2. Data security, ethics, and governance
3. AI technology roadmap design
4. Identifying generative AI use cases in the enterprise
5. AI project management
6. Resources and support for AI project implementation

2 pathways to choose from

Each participant can choose the pathway that best suits their needs or those of their company:

• Traditional AI pathway: Machine Learning and Deep Learning with No-Code
• Generative AI pathway: Create custom models

• Dates: January 24th to April 22nd
• Schedule: Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
