A new short specialization course on Facilitation of Work Groups will be offered beginning in January of 2024

The one-month course is aimed at technical staff and personnel responsible for learning and knowledge management processes in education, business and third sector organizations; cultural agents and social educators in charge of activating team processes; and professionals from any discipline in charge of leading work teams.

The Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences of Mondragon University and the TeamLabs laboratory will offer a specialization course from January 15 to February 22, 2024: Specialist course on Team Facilitation.

The course is designed for all those interested in an in-depth examination of team learning and the development of practices and processes that facilitate the socialization of learning and innovation. In the course, participants will work on their ability to become facilitators who take on challenges related to group support and teamwork, providing aware, contextualized, realistic and effective responses.

The course will be offered in the hybrid format. On the one hand, there will be online sessions and, on the other, three workshops will be held in Madrid. The cost of this course can be reimbursed 100% by FUNDAE.

CALENDAR

Course

From January 15 to February 22, 2024 (inclusive).

In-person workshops in Madrid

January 13, 2024 (2 hours).

January 26 and 27, 2024 (8 hours/day).

The course will be led by expert and Transformancy co-founder Daniel Guijarro. Guijarro is a facilitator, action researcher, and consultant with more than 16 years of experience in organizational change/learning. He is interested in exploring ways in which individuals and organizations can grow and contribute not only to broader changes in mindsets, relationships, and identities but also to more equitable realities. With experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning in development programs, Daniel has extensive experience in facilitating learning, change, evaluation and organizational strategic planning processes in Latin America, Africa and the Middle East, as well as in Europe.
