The Mondragon Team Academy community of the Faculty of Business of Mondragon Unibertsitatea has had a prominent presence at the most important entrepreneurship fair in Bilbao, with companies from the LEINN degree, projects from graduates, and reflections on the collective management model by Hazikoop

The B-Venture 2026 fair, the main entrepreneurship event held at the Euskalduna Palace, has once again demonstrated the innovative capacity of the Faculty of Business of Mondragon Unibertsitatea and the Mondragon Team Academy (MTA) network. The faculty's participation was structured around three main axes that reflect the entrepreneur's life cycle:
1. LEINN: Students today, business owners tomorrow Three companies formed by teams of students from the LEINN degree (Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation) presented their projects at their own stands, proving that real value creation happens from the first year of the degree:
- Dive Longevity: Specialized in the production and sale of supplements designed to optimize rest and health.
- Vitalia: A proposal that combines technology and data analysis to improve sports performance and health data management.
- Fundación Cuideo: A project with a high social component that seeks to democratize access to care services for low-income groups.
2. LEINNnext: A community of graduates scaling in the market The strength of the alumni network became clear with the participation of three already established companies that were born in the faculty's classrooms and today compete globally: Olatu Berdea Mobility, LUP, and Nexi Health. Their presence at B-Venture highlights the success of the university's post-graduate support model.
3. Hazikoop: Boosting the cooperative model To complete the institutional representation, Hazikoop (Kooperatibak Sustatzeko Elkartea - Association for the Promotion of Cooperatives) had its own stand. This space became an essential meeting point to advise entrepreneurs interested in collective ownership models and cooperative values.
Furthermore, Hazikoop participated in a high-level round table on innovation and cooperativism. During the session, the competitive advantages of undertaking entrepreneurship under this model were debated, featuring the experience of:
- Olatz Aizpurua Iturbe (Batu eraldatu, Koop.)
- Ionan Trecet Lasa (Olatu Berdea Mobility, Koop.)
- Nerea Pérez Oroz (Dronesoccer Spain, Koop.)
This debate showcased the DNA of Mondragon Unibertsitatea: that entrepreneurship does not only consist of creating businesses, but of innovating in a shared way and aligned with the challenges of today's society.
This successful participation in B-Venture reaffirms the position of the Faculty of Business as a driving node in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, offering its students and graduates top-tier professional visibility platforms.
