In the 2022 edition of B Venture, held on October 18 and 19, workshops, stands, presentations, round tables and project pitches took center stage at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao. A meeting place where entrepreneurs, people related to investment and institutions have cohabited.

Mondragon Team Academy (MTA) in its eagerness to focus on scaling impact projects, has been present in multiple forms, always as a team.

Projects arising in MTA have had the opportunity to have a space to give visibility to their proposal. Of which two have presented their projects on the main stage, Trak and Lup and Diateknia, Euskape, Gaman, MyWay Heels and Kuvu Lup with stand.

On the other hand, part of the team of team coaches of the MTA Bilbao laboratory led a workshop with the participation of startups, consultants and young entrepreneurs in relation to scalability: how to go from idea to an impact business. In this training we deepened the concept of the 4Ps: People, Purpose, Planet and Profit (as a tool to achieve the other 3 Ps). This theory, also applied in our learning process and our own Falkon Model methodology, is helping us to move from entrepreneurial projects to impactful entrepreneurship projects. Among all the participants, the aim was to become aware that the sustainability of projects goes beyond mere economic sustainability, transforming the current vision of sustainability towards a regenerative approach.

In addition, LEINNers have also participated in the organizing team designing and working in the whole process of the event and supporting the experience of the participants, where there were more than 50 LEINNers.

Among all the lessons learned, we want to go from the Startup concept to ContinueUp, where starting is key but even more, continuing in a sustainable way taking into consideration the social, environmental and economic impact.
