A new podcast is now available on encouraging the participation of non-traditional students in higher education institutions. This podcast is the result of research carried out as part of the Erasmus+ project, entitled InclusiPHE (Inclusive Engagement of Non-Traditional Students in Professional Higher Education).

The InclusiPHE research takes place in professional higher education institutions and focuses on the inclusion of non-traditional students. In order for institutions to be truly inclusive, they must reflect the diversity of their students and, in order to achieve this, a higher education institution should not limit itself to considering only its curricula and its teaching and learning processes, but must also aspire to achieving fully inclusive student engagement. This podcast highlights some of the strategies that these organizations must adopt in order to become inclusive.

The InclusiPHE project receives funding from the European Union and the following organizations are partners and collaborators: Mondragon University, the European Association of Institutions in Higher Education (EURASHE), Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Germany, the Knowledge Innovation Center, UC Leuven, the Institute for the Development of Education in Croatia, the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology, and the European Students’ Union.
