The in-person headquarters will be located on the Lekaroz Business Campus.

In the expert course, students work on audiovisual content with the aim of learning about the current panorama of the sector and identifying trends in the current market, as well as delving into innovation and entrepreneurship strategies. Thus, they will be able to respond to the challenges posed by the sector from different yet comprehensive perspectives.

Boosting the sector

This training program was promoted by the General Directorate of Business Policy, International Impact and Labor of the Government of Navarre as an action under the S4 strategy of the Department of Economic Development of Navarre, which along with other industrial sectors, promotes the audiovisual sector. Now in its second year, this program also enjoys the collaboration of the NAPAR Association of Navarrese Producers.

The certification arose from the need to provide the Navarrese audiovisual sector with unique and specialized knowledge and its objective is to strengthen the business network of the audiovisual sector in the community with new business models. The importance and impact that the audiovisual sector has been acquiring for some time in this community is evidenced by the commitment of the Government of Navarre to promote this area and in fact, it has the support of the Department of Industry and Ecological and Digital Business Transition of the Government of Navarre, which has subsidized enrollments by 55% this second year as well to promote training in this field.

Together with Communication professors in the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences of Mondragon University, there is wide participation of professionals in the audiovisual sector who are currently successfully developing their projects, such as Garaxi Taberna, Itziar García Zubiri and Eva Patricia Fernández (Camilo José Cela University), and of the entrepreneurship network of Mondragon University: Mondragon Team Academy. Participants will explore the strategies all these people have implemented to make their professional careers successful, and the keys to innovating business models and to resizing audiovisual companies will be analyzed.
