Project Management microcredential diplomas were awarded to IKERLAN employees

The awarding of the microcredential diplomas marks the completion of a three-month training program

The Faculty of Engineering of Mondragon Univertsitatea and IKERLAN jointly conducted a Project Management training program that culminated in the awarding of diplomas to 13 IKERLAN professionals. This program is part of a strategic collaboration between the two entities, one of whose objectives is the development of internal talent.

Over the past three years, five project management courses have been taught with IKERLAN. This latest course, which just concluded, took place between March and June and included dynamic sessions, real-life case studies, and pilot testing of new project planning methods, among other activities.

Mondragon Unibertsitatea has awarded a European-recognized microcredential to Ikerlan employees, allowing them to formally accredit the skills they have acquired and build a training curriculum aligned with the new European standards.
