The Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea has turned Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria into a 'scape room', where more than 50 young people from 2nd year of Baccalaureate from different Basque centers will have to solve six challenges, dilemmas and challenges related to the business world to show their business talent The day will involve young people from the Vizcaya School (Zamudio), Aixerrota BHI (Getxo), Elkar Hezi (Oñati), Zumaiena (Zumaia), El Regato (Barakaldo) and Laudio Ikastola (Laudio), which will be divided into 14 teams.

In an 'escape room' that will extend through different areas of Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria (the current campus of Mondragon Unibertsitatea in Bilbao) and will be composed of six spaces, the young people will have a maximum time of 10 minutes to leave each room, with the clues they find. Meanwhile, they will have to reflect on aspects such as marketing, innovation, finance, business models, foreign trade, international negotiation, human resources ... The contest, called gazteGOTalent, seeks so that young people interested and interested in the business world generate ideas To solve challenges.

The day will take place throughout the morning - from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm - in Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria (Uribitarte 6, Bilbao), is organized by the Degree in Business Administration and Management (myGADE) of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. This is the only degree that is currently taught throughout the State in Business Administration and Management with dual itinerary over the 4 years, that is, in alternating study-work from the first year to the fourth year, which It offers the possibility of graduating with 4 years of training in business. The degree is taught at the Irún, Oñati and Bilbao campuses.

At 13:30 the three finalist teams will be chosen and then the distribution of diplomas will take place. The three finalists will be offered a challenge for the next three weeks in which the best team will be selected. The winning group will get a trip to Madrid or Barcelona.
