The year in MTA Bilbo has started with a first meeting led by the community project, being this the first step of a process that seeks that the Bilbao Lab is led by and for LEINNers. 100 people participated in the different scenarios on January 8th with the participation of all the LEINN Bilbo Team Companies (Atenea, Nitton, Kaizen, Quaroo, Syna, Blaze, Khoda, Tabia, Riven, Stamm eta Hagalaz.

The day has started with the classic Houston Call where team by team presented different indicators as the learning gained from the biggest blunder of the last months. In this context, recommended books were also cited:

After this, Lander Jimenez and Gorka Legarra took the stage to talk about the importance of governance, participatory spaces and the link of cooperatives with social transformation. A door was left open for the creation of a team of LEINNers to have representation in the Faculty of Enpresagintza.

MTA LEADING THOUGHTS

Lucia Fano, Naia Melville and Helena Gorroño led the crystallization of the new MTA Leading Thoughts that were created at the Valencia Anniversary at the end of December 2023. The objective was to generate intergenerational dialogues to reach conclusions on how to apply these lines of action to our laboratory.

In the afternoon, we were fortunate to have different guests who were able to inspire us and transmit knowledge on different topics:

  • Karitte Alegria and Adriana G. Racca (Ideas4Innovation): transformative innovation for global wellbeing (planetary).
  • Jon Gabiña and José Luis Jiménez: Internationalization
  • Carlos Oses: Finance
  • Nacho Lambertini (Hiru Studio): Artificial Intelligence applied to Digital Marketing
  • Itxaso Domingo (weetbe): UX/UI: Digital Prototyping.

We encourage the other MTA Labs and other entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems to promote this type of spaces where sharing knowledge makes more knowledge continue to be created in spiral. They are spaces that really represent a before and after in the creation of spaces for collaboration and co-creation.

Finally, a call from the community team for the BBF inhabitants: We invite you to participate in the next events that we organize from the LEINN community!
