The process of the project ZAINTZEKO-I was based on the user analysis, which has led the students to visit day centres, interview patients and carers, intenalise the system of services related to caring for people... Work has also focused on generating new concepts, even reaching the point of proposing business models that enable to provide response to the proposed solutions.

The teaching staff of the Master's has been added to through external collaborators, thus forming a multidisciplinary tribunal. Ainhoa Unamuno and Esther Paguey from BIC Gipuzkoa, the ortopaedic prosthetics technician Xabier Burdaspar and Josu Irastorza, supervisor of the physiotherapy department at OSI Goierri, have taken part in the tribunal and have found the ideas and concepts presented to be very positive.

Having concluded the pilot stage, these coming months the students will provide an informative presentation of the results in collaboration with UGGASA (Urola Garaiko Garapen Agentzia).
