Representatives from Escoles FEDAC will pursue our new ‘Specialist Diploma in New Roles for Learning in Education (ROL)’, which we designed in conjunction with TeamLabs. The new program is aimed at schools.
A total of 26 representatives from the Catalonian Escoles FEDAC association will take part in the new Specialist Diploma in New Roles for Learning in Education (ROL) program designed by the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences in conjunction with the TeamLabs learning laboratory.
The hybrid program takes one year to complete. There will be a number of workshops in Barcelona (the first was on January 9) and the rest of the program will be offered online. The program aims to train professional profiles to facilitate and guide learning in schools and organizations, and to train Escoles FEDAC representatives in educational innovation.
This program, which is especially aimed at educational centers that wish to promote educational innovation, consists of 7 modules:
- The role of the educator as a facilitator
- Project design
- Learning communities
- Team facilitation
- Changes in educational institutions
- Innovation in teaching and learning processes
- The reflective professional
Schools participating in this program may receive 100% funding through FUNDAE.
