Erika has completed two vocational training programs at Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa:: 

• Mechanical Manufacturing Production Programming - Advanced Vocational Training Course
• Mechanical Manufacturing Design - Advanced Vocational Training Course

Erika works as a laboratory technician on the Arrasate campus of Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa. Its activity is focused on the materials laboratory and specializes in the mechanical, thermal and microstructural characterization of materials through advanced techniques. In fact, she collaborates in the research work developed by the university's research groups, projects closely linked to the technological challenges faced by the collaborating companies
