Erasmus+ EE4M Project Annual Meeting
The Faculty of Engineering at Mondragon Unibertsitatea hosted the meeting where the project's next steps were defined.
The Engineering Excellence for the Mobility Value Chain (EE4M) project addresses the growing need for training, retraining, and upskilling of engineers throughout the mobility management value chain, from raw materials to recycling. In recent years, the mobility value chain in Europe has been significantly influenced by a multitude of hyperdynamic factors, such as changing consumer behavior, disruptive technologies, the need for decarbonization initiatives, hyperlocal mobility, and more. This has made the professionalization of engineering training essential for the long-term success of the companies involved.
The EE4M project designs and develops courses to address this need brought about by Industry 4.0 and 5.0, and does so through the creation of in-person, online, and blended modules that will be integrated into the advanced degree courses or microcredentials offered by universities.
Within this context, the Engineering Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea is developing several modules that it will soon integrate into its training programs.
Annual Meeting 2025
In early September, representatives of the 15 entities participating in the project met on the campus of the Mondragon Unibertsitatea Faculty of Engineering. During this two-day meeting, the project's status was analyzed and the next steps were finalized.
The twenty people who participated in the sessions (some from Austria, Greece, and Italy) gave positive feedback on both the technical aspects of the project and the program, which allowed them to learn more about Mondragon Unibertsitatea and the region of Guipuzcoa.
