15 members of the Gastronomy group went to the Etxeandia brewery in Urduliz to participate in the 4-hour course on brewing.

The Gastronomy group of Biteri has been at the Etxeandia brewery in Urduliz, to attend a brewing course. The course consisted of learning to make beer with tools available at home. They made a small batch of beer that they will be able to taste after a month of fermentation in the factory. The course also included a tasting of the different beers made by Etxeandia.
