The co-founders of the startup Vidext have been recognized by Forbes as the most promising young entrepreneurs in Spain

The Faculty of Business Studies at Mondragon Unibertsitatea celebrates another recognition of the entrepreneurial talent that has emerged from its classrooms. Jon Enríquez and Beñat Arrizabalaga, alumni of the Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation (LEINN), have been included—together with Andoni Enríquez—in the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list, which annually highlights the young people with the greatest potential and impact in business and technology.
This recognition comes at a particularly significant moment for Vidext, the startup founded by the three entrepreneurs. Just a few weeks ago, the company was also selected among Spain's 100 Best Ideas 2026 by El Mundo thanks to Vidext Visual, an Artificial Intelligence-powered solution that transforms training content into accessible and inclusive audiovisual experiences.
From LEINN to an internationally expanding startup
Vidext's story began in the classrooms of the Faculty of Business Studies at Mondragon Unibertsitatea, where Jon Enríquez and Beñat Arrizabalaga developed the project while studying LEINN. What started as a university initiative quickly evolved into a technology company specializing in AI-powered audiovisual content creation.
Today, Vidext works with leading national and international companies including Iberdrola, Mapfre, Loewe, ISDIN, and Yves Rocher. The company continues to grow after closing a €6 million Series A funding round, which is driving its expansion into markets such as the United Kingdom and the United States.
Another milestone for the LEINN ecosystem
The inclusion of Jon Enríquez and Beñat Arrizabalaga in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list reinforces the role of the Faculty of Business Studies at Mondragon Unibertsitatea as a driving force behind entrepreneurial talent capable of transforming ideas into internationally impactful businesses.
This recognition adds to LEINN's track record as one of the university entrepreneurial communities with the strongest presence in the prestigious Forbes selection. Previous honorees include Apurva San Juan (LUP), Marta Maneja and Hernán Hernández Olaya (Gloop), Ane Fernández de Arbina (Test4Safe), Iñigo Monreal and María Jara (Smallops), Enrique Cat (Nostoc Biotech), Gala Freixa (Sheedo), Eider Etxebarria (Bizipoz), June Arrieta (ZOCCO Handmade), and Julen Rodríguez (Gravity Wave).
With the addition of Vidext's founders, 13 entrepreneurs connected to LEINN have now been recognized in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, further demonstrating the impact of an educational model based on learning through real-world challenges, team entrepreneurship, and the creation of purpose-driven businesses.
Innovation with impact
The journey of Jon Enríquez and Beñat Arrizabalaga perfectly reflects the essence of the Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation (LEINN): identifying opportunities, validating solutions alongside the market, and transforming university-born projects into companies capable of generating both economic and social impact.
Their inclusion in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, together with Vidext's recent recognition among Spain's 100 Best Ideas, establishes the startup as one of the most promising entrepreneurial ventures to emerge from the Faculty of Business Studies at Mondragon Unibertsitatea and further strengthens LEINN's position as a benchmark for educating the next generation of entrepreneurs.
