Bizkaia Provincial Council and Mondragon Unibertsitatea conclude the 3rd edition of the international entrepreneurship program B Global Talent

Last Thursday, July 24, the Bizkaia Provincial Council and Mondragon Unibertsitatea celebrated the closing ceremony of the third edition of the international entrepreneurship program B Global Talent at Torre BAT. The initiative is aimed at promoting intrapreneurship within Basque organizations through the contribution of international talent. Over the course of three months, 16 young professionals from 7 different countries took part in the program, working in person on real business challenges faced by companies in the Basque Country

During the closing event, participants officially received their University Extension Diplomas (40 ECTS), marking the end of an intense three-month collaboration with 12 Basque companies. The program fostered mutual learning, professional development, and strong connections with the local business ecosystem.

This third edition brought together participants aged between 25 and 35 from Germany, Morocco, Senegal, Afghanistan, Kenya, Bolivia, and Georgia, all with academic backgrounds in STEM fields. Following an initial online training phase, the participants relocated to Bizkaia for three months to contribute innovative strategies, fresh perspectives, and long-lasting value to the companies they worked with. Upon completion of the program, each participant was awarded a certified diploma recognizing their training in intrapreneurship, innovation, and the development of real-life business projects.

The ceremony also honored the 12 participating companies -Agintzari, BrainCode, C2B, FUELIUN, IELLOW, Le Bigott, Leartiker, Moviltik, Titan Industrial, Walter Pack, Weetbe, and Zunibal - for their active involvement in intrapreneurship processes and their commitment to innovation, diversity, and openness to new ways of working.

B Global Talent

B Global Talent 2025 was led by Mondragon Unibertsitatea – Mondragon Team Academy, in collaboration with the Bizkaia Provincial Council through its Bizkaia With The Talent strategy. Together, both institutions have created a comprehensive experience combining academic training, hands-on work, and direct engagement with the Bizkaia business ecosystem.

With this third edition, the program has established itself as a strategic initiative to position Bizkaia as an innovative, inclusive region connected to international talent, reinforcing its commitment to building a better future through collaboration between people, organizations, and institutions.
