MAEC-4RV. The “Four Rings Opportunity Slot”: A new tool aimed at maximising the performance of the current Gipuzkoa entrepreneurship ecosystem.

The project has been funded by the balioa sortzeko eraldatzen programme in 2024.

Main objective:

The MAEC-4 RV project is a fundamental research project committed to the creation of new spaces of opportunity in the territory of Gipuzkoa through which a value that does not exist within the current entrepreneurship ecosystem is generated. These new opportunities will be generated through a new tool “4-rings opportunity Slot”.

Specific objectives:

• To demonstrate that the “first-stage agents” of the Gipuzkoa entrepreneurship ecosystem behave in the same way regardless of the “moment” of each project.
• To understand the current criteria for categorising projects in terms of their 4 “moments” of the “opportunity slot”. This is based on the “first-stage agents”.
• Design and create the “4-rings opportunity slot” concept.
• Determine the areas of opportunity and the training needs of the agents involved in these first phases.
• Design a map of new agents/elements needed in the Gipuzkoa entrepreneurship ecosystem to respond to the opportunities that may arise in each of the “4-rings of opportunity”.
