The Basque Culinary Center opens the doors to the exhibition “50 glimpses: a creative journey through contemporary gastronomy”, which tells the story of gastronomy over the last 40 years, focusing on 50 milestones, processes and/or concepts around which our idea of cooking has been constructed.
