The defense of the dissertation, entitled “Digital Transformation in Basic Vocational Education and Training in the Basque Autonomous Community: An Exploration of Students’ and Teachers’ Digital Competence and Schools’ Digital Capacity,” took place on the Aretxabaleta campus.
