‘GipuzkoHarrok’

The GipuzkoHarrok contest aims to imagine the work of the future in Gipuzkoa, for which the participants had to answer the question “What will the employment of future Gipuzkoans be like?” when creating their short films; this year’s winners accomplished this to perfection.

The Project was launched with the aim of enhancing the employability of the workers of the future. The GipuzkoHarrok contest is part of the Eragin project on which Faculty researchers are working. In recent years, the Eragin project has been analyzing the personal skills needed for current and future employment, and strategies for their promotion. It also aims to contribute to the development of flexible, involved and committed people who are willing to learn throughout life and discover that, in relation to social challenges, the digital, energy, climate and health transition is bringing about a new situation in Gipuzkoan employment.

A total of 1,842 students from 12 different schools, 3 vocational training centers and 3 university campuses participated in the program, which was led by Eragin.
