Over 100 people - university administration and services staff from across Europe - participated. The activities were organised with a focus on excellence, which was analysed on the basis of various themes developed in the area of university administration and services: communication and marketing, human resources, R&D+i, student induction services, international services, libraries, etc.

The motto of the library working group was “Libraries as a means of promoting well-being in studies and work” and we brought together 12 people to share their experiences. Among other issues, we analysed the flexibility of spaces to adapt the library to different uses, the training of users, the procurement and management of electronic resources, services for online students and the trend towards carrying out technical tasks online. During the course of these weeks, numerous colleagues from the TUAS libraries joined us and shared their opinions with us.

It was an excellent opportunity to strengthen relations with professionals worldwide and a highly rewarding experience and let’s not forget the warm welcome were received from our Finnish colleagues.
