Document verification

Document verification (SVC)

Through this service you can consult any document issued by Mondragon University that includes the SVC code.

This functionality is useful because the electronic document issued by Mondragon University is printed for presentation to another entity and the other entity can check the veracity and non-alteration of the document presented.

What is the secure verification code (SVC)?

The SVC, or secure documento verification code, it is a set of digits that uniquely identifies any electronic documents issued by Mondragon University.

This code is printed on each page of each document and makes it possible to compare it with the original electronic document, making a true copy.

How to verify?

Anyone who needs to check the validity of a document in electronic or paper format with SVC, can do so by accessing this service. The application will then require the digits that form the SVC that are included in the document, and it will return the equivalente electronic document with the electronic signatures incorporated. The user can, then, make the comparison with his document.

Validation of electronically signed documents

In addition to verifying the document, if you want to validate the signature, you can access the platform "VALIDE" of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, which allows you to check the validity of a digital signature. You can also verify the identity of the signatories of an electronic document through the platform @firm.
