Basque Culinary Centre Campus

The Basque Culinary Centre Gastronomic Sciences Faculty is located in a five-storey building in the Miramón Technology Park in Donostia-San Sebastián.

An innovative, thought-provoking and audacious building, perfectly integrated into nature and the environment, in which you can find themed cooking classrooms, workshops, study areas, a laboratory and other training spaces.

From the point of view of sustainability, it includes active and passive measures for energy saving, with the use of Renewable Energies. In addition, every year we organise the Sustainable Gastronomy Seminars to demonstrate the economic, environmental and social benefits of sustainable catering.

It is a living Faculty where gastronomy enthusiasts and culinary professionals also live together, where we organise events, conference cycles and seminars, cultural events...
