The meeting, organized by the Department of Education of the Basque Government, was attended by the directors of all Basque public schools.
On February 1, 3 and 4, at the Zuzendarien Elkargunea meeting organized by the Department of Education of the Basque Government, Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences teachers and researchers Ainara Artetxe and Karmele Pérez gave a presentation on teacher training. The presentation was entitled The professionalization of teachers as a focal point and the educational project of the school as a goal.
The purpose of these representatives of the Faculty was to encourage reflection among the directors about teacher training models. In their presentation, the researchers delved into the characteristics and benefits of thoughtful training for the development and professionalization of teachers. The meeting took place online.
