COMPUTER ENGINEER

The job includes the following activities:

• Help desk technician.
• Updating computer structure.
• Problem solving for workers.
• Analysis of new computer products (hardware and software).
• Technical assistance for academic activity (in the classroom and at academic events).
• Responsible for the technical aspects of events.
• Customer service: recommendations, observations, suggestions, reception plans, incident mnagement, etc.

Professional skills:

• Advanced document management.
• Ability to work in a team and in a network.
• Ability to analyze.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing (preferably in Basque).
• Organizational ability (work teams, projects).
• Knowledge in programming.
• Familiarity with the Moodle platform.
• Team management ability.

Professional and personal profile:

• Studies: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Basque: EGA.
• Technical English.
• Driver’s license (B) and car.
• Work experience will be taken into account.
• Autonomy and self-management.
• Proactivity and problem prediction.
• Willingness to collaborate.
• Ability to promote innovation in processes and services.
