Collaboration agreement signed with the Zumaiena educational organization to promote educational innovation
The event took place on the Eskoriatza campus on January 12. Representatives from both institutions took part.
On January 12, the Zumaiena educational organization from Zumaia and Mondragon University’s Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences signed a collaboration agreement in an event that took place on the Eskoriatza campus.
The primary objectives of the agreement are to promote innovation and knowledge and to inspire networks of collaboration both in the Basque Country and worldwide. In order to create connections between the academic world and the school world, we will combine the knowledge and theoretical contribution generated by the university with the daily practice of the school world, combining and evaluating “praxis” and theory.
Additionally, two educators from Zumaiena will work as instructors in the Faculty in the Early Childhood Education degree program. Thus, each institution will nourish the other; the innovations launched at Zumaiena will be integrated into the academic world and the theoretical perspectives of the university will be transmitted to Zumaiena.
