In the framework of the Master’s Degree in Business Innovation and Project Management and supported by the POCTEFA Programme 2014-2020 (INTERREG VA Spain-France-Andorra Programme), the professors and students of the Master’s Degree went to the Conectartecon facilities in order to analyse the practices that they develop. Experiencing the activity has served as inspiration to generate new ideas that give rise to new products and related services within the framework of the INDUSTRY 4.0 Strategy.

Conectartecon bets on human beings and, for this purpose, generates alternatives that have a positive social and ecological impact to push toward a change of consciousness and values. It consists of developing the talent of the whole company, in order to enable them to generate innovative business, offering the service that the client needs, with quality of life both internally and externally, respect for the environment, and sustainability over time.

Professors Jaione Ganzarain, Edurne Elizade and Carmen Mesonada (Innovation and Project Management specialists) accompanied students Lide Aguirre, Jone Arregi, Andrea Fuentetaja, Mariana García and Leire Llamas from the Orona Ideo campus and gave their testimony at the conclusion of the session:

“For us, this visit to the CONECTARTECON facility has made us aware of the importance of self-knowledge in order to get the best of ourselves at every moment, not only in the work environment. It has been a very innovative and enriching experience, since none of us had direct contact with horses, let alone “using” them as a method to get to explore our emotional intelligence and personal development, as well as that of the group as a whole. In addition, we consider that what we learnt in a few hours with Marianne and the horses will help us a lot for our project.”
