Degree in Mechatronics Engineering

The Degree in Mechatronics Engineering was the first one taught in the Basque Country to bring together in the same degree three fields of knowledge until then separated but with common needs in the companies: machine mechanics, electronics, and computer science, converting a very important need for training in industry 4.0 in the Basque Country.

This degree is aimed at both students of higher education training cycles and secondary school students, but with different itineraries. The degree is developed under the dual training model, in which skills are acquired by combining classroom training with the in-company practices.
The degree provides students with a multidisciplinary profile, combining fields of knowledge related to mechanics, management, electronics, computer science, and industrial automation.
