Software and Systems Engineering research group receives financial support to strengthen its research activity

The aid will allow new incorporations of young researchers into the work group and will facilitate stays in other prestigious centres

The Department of Education of the Basque Government has granted the Mondragon Unibertsitatea Software and Systems Engineering group a subsidy aimed at supporting the activities of the Basque University System research groups for the period 2019-2020.  

This Software and Systems Engineering group conducts research on different aspects of the development and operation of Cyber-Physical systems. They apply their knowledge in complex, highly configurable and distributed systems with time constraints that require a multidisciplinary approach and interoperability in development and operation. The group is the result of the fusion of researchers in two key areas to address the challenges of cyber-physical systems: Software Engineering and Web Engineering. The funding received will allow young researchers to be incorporated into the team, as well as enabling training stays in other prestigious centres related to this research area.
