The Department of Employment, Social Inclusion and Equality of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and Mondragon University have launched this programme to improve the employability of university graduates.

The Department of Employment, Social Inclusion and Equality of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and the Mondragon University have launched this programme as part of the Bizkaia Aurrera Plan to improve the employability of university graduates.

This program, which is promoted and financed entirely by the Department of Employment, Social Inclusion and Equality of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, allows the labor insertion of unemployed people through an accompaniment with (re)-orientation, (re)-qualification and (re)-placement.

The 3R University Program, in this case, is a program aimed at graduates of Mondragon University de Bizkaia who have difficulties finding their first job or are actively looking for work.

The program will offer these people:

  • An individualized professional profile
  • An individualized training program
  • An action plan for employment
  • A personalized curriculum
  • Action orientation for employment
  • Meeting and job interviews
