The Business School of Mondragon Unibertsitatea continues to be an organization committed to equality and to this end has launched its IV Equality Plan

Being a collaborating organization for equality is reflected in its day-to-day work and extends to all its activities both in training programs and in the field of research.

This has been reflected in the equality diagnosis carried out through a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the reality of the Faculty. General data on the staff, managers and governing bodies of the cooperative were analyzed, as well as issues related to recruitment, retention, professional development and corporate consolidation. Emphasis has also been placed on the analysis of the integration of work and family life and finally, the gender/sex perspective in research and its integration in training programs.

This diagnosis has resulted in a reflection and action plan in terms of equality that is reflected in four strategic work areas:

  • Awareness raising and training on equality.
  • Actions in people management processes.
  • Actions related to well-being and the reconciliation of personal, family and work life.
  • Actions aimed at integrating the gender perspective in research and training programs.

With this plan, the Business School continues taking clear steps and reaffirming itself as a collaborating entity for Equality and confirms its vocation to continue working in favor of a more egalitarian society and companies.
