Trends in the world of work are impacting the management of people and their talent in organizations. It is time to stop to think what and how we can add value from our function.
The expert is aimed at people with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of People Management.
It seeks to generate a learning process that contributes to the participants. Inspiration – understood as the element that allows us to look up to go to the future-, Reflection – as the moment of becoming aware of the implications and consequences –and the Action– necessary to go towards the development of the necessary change.
It offers the possibility of defining and designing the approach to a business challenge, with advice for this that allows the participant who chooses this alternative to generate impact on the organization itself by initiating the process of implementing new management practices persons.
Peer learning is encouraged through and shared by active professionals with innovative experiences in people management in the context of the future of work.
The expert will run from March 6 to June 19, on full-day Fridays in Bilbao.
