24 hours Birth of LEINN on the campus of Oñati
7 teams of fourth-year leinners participate in the 24-hour bithgiving that has been developed in Oñati responding to business challenges.
Seven teams from the laboratories of Oñati, Irun, Bilbao and Valencia have been in the LEINN laboratory (Mondragon Team Academy) in Oñati. In total, around 80 leinners working for companies for 24 hours in a row in the challenges launched.
The teams of leinners have been Koenna, Insoul, Kunama, Roots, Motion, Navin and Go & On.
On the other hand, European Managers, Ekomodo, Emaus, Itsasmendi, Ameztoi and SSI have been the companies that have launched their challenges.
Challenges of various kinds, but always with the aim that leinners can from their entrepreneurial perspective contribute totally new ideas to their businesses. That's what birthgiving is all about, each team has met with their company to learn more about the challenge and the company. From there they have been working for a whole day to be able to “give birth” totally new ideas to their clients. The presentations have taken place on Friday morning and the companies have been satisfied with the results obtained.
