The Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea and the Food Cluster of Euskadi have held a conference on "Opportunities to generate new competitive work contexts in the food sector" at the Basque Culinary Center. This conference is part of the project "New ways of working: perspectives, practices and implementation of teleworking in the food sector in Gipuzkoa", funded and promoted by the Department of Economic Promotion, Tourism and Rural Environment of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa.

During the conference, the latest trends in new ways of working were presented by Albert Cañigueral, an expert lecturer and disseminator on the subject. Some good practices were also presented by Joseba Arano Echebarria, Director of People, Quality and Ethical at Pascual, and Ariadna de la Casa Herrera, HR Business Partner at Nestlé. 

Likewise, and with specific focus on the Euskadi Food Cluster, the project's driving team from the Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, presented the results of the diagnosis carried out for the Cluster regarding new ways of working. The day ended with a joint reflection among the attendees on the future of the new ways of working in the food sector.
