How do we learn? Action, reflection, action, action, reflection... This spiral is how learning is created in Mondragon Team Academy. On this occasion, the objective of the Knowledge Day held on June 13 was to share the action carried out by the Avalon, Blaze, Hagalaz, Khoda, Legit, Reedom, Riven, Stamm and Tabia teams since the previous Knowledge Day in January. Just before the evaluation period, where teams evaluate the process that has been lived through the Rocket and the Falkon, during this afternoon the teams had a moment of awareness, measurement, action and development.

In the first of the activities, the teams shared their vehicles (motor, water, rowing...), the way in which the team created its strategy and how it works on a daily basis. The main conclusions focused on the importance of rowing together, the roller coaster ride that teams go through and the balance between focusing on the urgent and the important.

Then it was time for the sharing of the 3rd year teams, Avalon, Legit and Reedom, who shared their experience in Korea. Their reports, available here, full of learning, were exposed under the watchful eye of the other LEINNers. In this case, the most repeated ideas were: the balance between the Bilbao-Seoul projects, the possibility of being a family, a team and a company at the same time, the need to do a good pre-work and go with an open mind to know the culture in depth. In this space, there was even the opportunity to learn a little Korean live.

In the last part, besides updating their indicators in the following link of Miro, there was a moment where the teams explained their learning tools. On the one hand, tools such as Discord for communication, Notion for information management and organization, Trello for tasks, Miro for team building and Toggle for team time tracking. On the other hand, learning tools were also presented, since creating is part of LEINNer, such as Hagalaz's Falkon map or the classic tools used in team training sessions.

Team and community learning by creating: let's continue generating learning, together, as a team and in community.
