Executives from 10 cities in Spain and Latin America analyze the impact of learning and development trends in their organizations
The event is part of the activities leading up to FiAD 2022, the Learning and Development Innovation Forum.
In its aim to be a space for continuous learning for the professional community of L&D (Learning and Development) in Latin America, FiAD-Forum of Innovation for Learning and Development, has developed the meeting "Trends in Learning and Development 2022", which has been developed in hybrid format in 10 cities in Spain and Latin America: Barcelona, Bilbao, Bogota, Buenos Aires, Lima, Madrid, Mexico, Monterrey, Sao Paulo and Santiago de Chile.
More than 100 executives - a dozen per city - worked collaboratively on the basis of 10 trends drawn from those proposed by various sources of international expertise in L&D, such as Donald Taylor, Deloitte, McKinsey, Randstad, etc. In order for the sessions to be effective and agile, the participants received a document with the 10 references and their respective descriptions so that they could make their analysis proposal on the three that they considered a priority according to the criteria of expected impact on their organizations. At the head of each group there was a facilitator in charge of constructing the narrative based on the different contributions as the debate progressed, and finally there will be a plenary connection with all the venues in which the reflections and consensus reached will be shared. All this will serve as a basis for ORH, FiAD media partner and co-organizer of the activity, to prepare a digital and interactive report that will be disseminated among the L&D community in Spain and Latin America.
"FiAD is the benchmark for the Ibero-American community of learning and corporate development professionals. That is why it proposes activities such as this one, to facilitate productive networking in terms of knowledge exchange and best practices," explain the organizers.
