Between the 15th and 18th of June in the community Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria will be held the training for the certification of facilitation in this innovative methodology with Lucio Margulis, Director of Serious Play Consulting who has trained more than 1800 people in the last 10 years. To attend this course that arises from the collaboration between Cocoon Pro and Mondragon Unibertsitatea´s Business Faculty, registration must be done before May 15.

This action between Cocoon Pro and Mondragon Unibertsitatea´s Business Faculty is part of a collaboration strategy in order to enhance innovation in the BBF taking into consideration the focus of Mondragon Team Academy and Cocoon Pro: the positive impact of entrepreneurs in teams and the global ecosystem of the evolution of work respectively.

This training lasts 4 days and participants will have a true immersion experience in the LSP methodology to start laying the foundations on which to build and deepen their facilitation skills. After all, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method allows a deep interaction between people and allows modeling abstract concepts, through the use of metaphor and storytelling. It literally brings to the table what people think, feel and don't know they know about complex systems.
